We collect the merchant’s customer name, email address, delivery and billing address, payment details, company name, phone number, IP address, order information you initiate, information about stores supported by Radbul Solution s.r.o. that you visit, and information about the device and browser you use. We collect this information when you use or access a store using our services, such as visiting the merchant’s website, placing an order, or registering an account on the merchant’s website. When visiting or browsing radbul.eu, we collect information about the device and browser you use, your network connection, your IP address, and cookie information installed on your device. We also collect personal information you provide to us through any messaging feature available on our website. From forum users, we collect your name, email address, website URL, and other personal information you may disclose.
Purpose of Processing and Sharing:
We use this information to provide services to our merchants, including support and order processing, verification, and payments. We also use this information to improve our services. Radbul Solution s.r.o. also cooperates with third parties and service providers to assist them in providing services to our merchants. We may share personal data with them to support these efforts. Personal data may also be shared with a company that acquires our business or the business of a merchant whose store you visit or access, whether through a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or other similar transaction or proceeding.
Retention and Duration of Data Processing:
The controller is authorized to process personal data of data subjects for the period determined in accordance with relevant legal regulations. The processing of personal data with consent is only possible for the period for which the consent was given. Consent is granted to the controller for the following three (3) years or until the consent is withdrawn. After the relevant period, personal data will be deleted unless their retention is required by applicable Slovak legal regulations.
Data Subjects’ Rights Related to Personal Data Processing:
With regard to the processing of personal data, data subjects may exercise the following rights:
Data subjects may exercise the aforementioned rights, which are further specified in the provisions of Article 21 et seq. of the Personal Data Protection Act in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR and other relevant legal regulations. The request must contain the following information: name, surname, date of birth, and permanent address, so the controller can identify the data subject. The controller may require additional information necessary to verify the identity of the data subject if there are reasonable doubts about the identity of the individual. The controller is obliged to provide the data subject with information about the measures taken on their request within one (1) month of receiving the request. In justified cases, the controller may extend this period by two (2) additional months, even repeatedly, given the complexity and number of requests. The controller is obliged to inform the data subject of such an extension within one (1) month of receiving the request, including the reasons for the extension. If the data subject submitted the request electronically, the controller will provide the information electronically unless the data subject requested information in another way. If the controller does not take action on the data subject’s request, it must inform the data subject of the reasons for inaction within one (1) month of receiving the request, as well as the possibility of submitting a motion to initiate proceedings under Article 100 of the Personal Data Protection Act with the Office for Personal Data Protection. Notifications of measures taken are provided free of charge. If the data subject’s request is manifestly unfounded or inappropriate, especially due to its repetitive nature, the controller may charge a reasonable fee reflecting the administrative costs of providing the information or refuse to act on the request. The controller must prove that the request is unfounded or inappropriate.

If you are a merchant or partner, you can update many types of personal information, such as payment or contact information, directly in your account settings. If you cannot change your personal data in your account settings or have concerns about data collected during a visit to the Radbul Solution s.r.o. website or while using our support services, contact us to make the necessary changes. It is important to note that if you delete or restrict the use of your personal data, services may not function properly.
